Finding the Exact Location on Dazzle Beach
The Mystical Cave is tucked away on the grassy coastline area of Dazzle Beach rather than right along the open sandy shore. To reach this hidden entrance, descend the grassy pathway leading down from the Peaceful Meadow biome into Dazzle Beach. Once at the bottom of the slope, immediately turn toward the cliff side to find the grand stone doorway nestled among the greenery.
This location can easily be identified by looking for the Stone Pillar nearby, which sits wrapped in dark magic until the quest progresses. If you find yourself near Ursula's Cursed Cave or the Forest of Valor ramp, you have gone too far east. Turning back toward the western cliffs will guide you straight to the correct rock face.
How to Unlock the Mystical Cave Entrance
Finding the entrance is only the first part of the puzzle, as the stone door remains firmly sealed when you first arrive. To gain entry, you must progress Merlin's story arc until you unlock Dazzle Beach using Dreamlight. After meeting Ursula in her cave, she provides a special Crystal Key designed specifically for the Mystical Cave's locking mechanism.
Take the Crystal Key directly to the small stone pedestal standing in front of the sealed cave entrance. Interacting with this device and placing the key inside will trigger a cutscene that lowers the stone barrier. Once open, you can freely descend into the underground tunnels to face the magical gates.
Navigating the Puzzles Inside the Cavern
Descending into the Mystical Cave presents players with three distinct trial gates that require specific items to bypass. The first gate demands three colored gems—Peridot, Aquamarine, and Garnet—placed onto matching statues. Solving this initial door clears the path to the lower agricultural trial.
The second gate asks you to plant and fully grow three specific crops: Carrot, Wheat, and Tomato. After harvesting these crops, the final gate requires you to cook them together at the nearby stove to make Veggie Pasta. Eating the meal lowers the final barrier, allowing you to fish up the Orb of Power from the water below.
